A deposit of $100.00 per person is required ($200.00 per person for Cruise Bookings or as otherwise shown on the reservation information) to initiate reservations. If Abreu Tours is not able to confirm the arrangements requested, and you do not accept our alternatives, the deposit is fully refundable.

When is final payment due?
We must receive your final payment at least 45 days prior to departure.

What form of payment is allowed?
Payment can be by check, cash or certified Bank Check. Credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Credit Cards are not accepted for groups. Airline tickets will be issued either as an -E-Ticket- or a paper ticket, depending on the specific airline requirements. If you prefer -paper- tickets, you may be charged up to $35 per person.

What is included?
Abreu always sends a quotation or confirmation invoice in writing detailing all services that are included in your particular tour. Read it carefully. In general, Hotels, Meals, Sightseeing and Transfers will be furnished as shown in the description of each tour or package except that Abreu reserves the right to make alterations when necessary.

Can prices change?
Prices and included features can change at any time, but not after you pay in full for your package unless circumstances occur beyond the control of Abreu Tours such as, but not limited to, increase in tax rates, fuel related surcharges or currency exchange fluctuations.

What about my flights?
All packages contained in this brochure SHOWING ‘w/Air’ include the cost of the transatlantic airfare from the gateway city shown. Air fares used are the lowest current contract fares of TAP, IBERIA, SATA and TAM. Regulations of these fares vary in terms of advance purchase and length of stay. Your travel agent or Abreu Tours can advise you of the details. Remember that you will be asked to show your current passport that matches your name on the airline ticket at the check-in counter or you will be denied boarding. Air fares quoted are for departure from and return to the same gateway city, and are subject to change.
