How do We Work?

 Request the group tour proposal by telling us as much as possible about your group. The more we know, the better we can serve you. Use our interactive Group Questionnaire Form and send it to us by e-mail or give us a call and we will send or fax you a hard copies of the questionnaire.

 Receive the complete proposal from us, generally within 72 hours, weekdays. Make sure to give us a call if you need further assistance before filling out the Questionnaire. We will be happy to send you guidelines and/or discuss your project with you.

 Beginning of the reservation process
If and when you and your group accept our proposal, we proceed with reservations, usually through our office in New York

Our operations are fully computerized, so you do not have to worry about anything. While in the US, you can even count on a Hotline available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any emergency or even questions. We offer you a representative in South America, Portugal & Spain.
